“I am a big believer that buyers in the Aspen market are extremely savvy and I am not going to try to sell them, but rather provide a fair and honest presentation of the market with an intensive and extensive look at all the options.  Buyers want to know who are the motivated sellers and the best timing on making a deal.  Then, they decide what the next move is.  It can take a week or it can take ten years.  It’s about the relationship and my reputation of integrity and honesty.  This is the priority”.
