“I am a big believer that buyers in the Aspen market are extremely savvy and sophisticated. I provide a fair and honest presentation of the market with an intensive and extensive look at all the options. I am an educator because I believe buyers ultimately know what is best for them. Buyers want to know who the motivated sellers are and the best timing for making a deal. Then, they decide what the next move is. It can take a week or ten years. It’s about the relationship and my reputation for integrity and honesty. This is the priority,”
